Ms. Susan Boyette has been studying dance at various schools locally, Washington D.C. (Washington Ballet), Maryland (Maryland Youth Ballet), and New York (Joffrey Ballet), since childhood.

Ms. Boyette has been an active board member of the Virginia Beach Ballet since 1989. She has served as Dancer representative, Vice-President, and currently as President.

Susan has been a performer with the Virginia Beach Ballet since 1982. She has performed lead roles such as: Beauty (Beauty and the Beast), Swanhilda (Coppelia), Sapphire Fairy (Sleeping Beauty), Snow White, Red Shoes, Firebird, and many more. Susan has choreographed for Virginia Beach Ballet, local and state level scholarship pageants, and is the Dancer Coordinator for the Moscow Ballet's annual production of "The Great Russian Nutcracker".
